Business Analyst / Project Manager - Legal

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager - Legal with a strong investment banking background to deliver regulatory and process optimisation initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of projects/workstreams, including requirements gathering, BRD creation, and as-is/to-be process mapping.

You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, Technology teams, and third-party vendors to design and implement solutions. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, RAID governance, impact analysis, UAT coordination, and go-live support.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of BA/PM experience within investment banking, with strong exposure to regulatory, risk, or control frameworks. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and senior stakeholder management skills are essential.
