An initial six month contract, inside of IR35.Daily rate of £800 - £1000 a dayHybrid to an office in ReadingUmbrella set upThe RoleLead the capability and workforce planning workstream within a major IT transformation programme, ensuring the organisation has the skills, structure, and ways of working needed to deliver its technology strategy.The role will establish a clear, evidence-based understanding of current capability across a large IT function, define future capability requirements, and drive targeted initiatives to address identified skills and capability gaps.Working closely with HR and senior technology stakeholders, you will support the design and implementation of enterprise-wide job families aligned, develop structured technical learning and development frameworks, and establish certification and competency standards across key roles.Essential SkillsStrong analytical capability to assess workforce data and capability gapsExperience presenting workforce insights and transformation plans to senior stakeholdersIn depth knowledge of the concepts and principles of project management, planning, time management and project leadershipOrganisational awareness with ability to operate with confidence and credibility across all functions of the organisationProficient user of all Microsoft systems, including; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, & MS Office suiteExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and explain management information clearly to senior leadersPlease submit your CV for consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
