Data Migration Expert

We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Expert to join a leading organisation within the financial services sector on a major HR transformation programme. You'll lead end-to-end data migration activities, including data modelling, source-to-target mapping, extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and production data loads. The role requires proven experience migrating HR data from legacy systems into SuccessFactors, alongside managing mock migrations, defect resolution, and post-load verification. You'll also play a key role in data retention planning, legacy system decommissioning, and business sign-off activities. Based in Milton Keynes with 2 days onsite, this contract runs until the end of the year and is ideally suited to candidates available to start immediately.
