This role is essential to maintaining operational momentum, supporting our sales teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-value incentive programs for our largest global clients during our peak season.
This position will focus specifically on the operational execution and troubleshooting for our Video Incentive Program (VIP) and Media Readiness/Trials Programs (MRP/MTP).
Your Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the VIP benefits activation lifecycle for both standard and reseller programs, managing the process from initiation to ensure effective incentive redemption.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Account Executives (AEs) on MRP and MTP contracting and activation, providing reactive support on activation processes/troubleshooting.
Act as the primary troubleshooter for any issues related to VIP incentive redemption, diagnosing activation blockers and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement swift solutions.
Manage all operational follow-ups, tracking, and reconciliations from VIP deals, MRP, and MTP to ensure process adherence and timely client activations.
Provide clear and timely communications to Sales teams regarding incentive balances, activation status, and issue resolution, enabling them to focus on high-value client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in an operational support, deal desk, or program coordination role.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently to resolve complex operational challenges.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset to effectively support and guide sales teams.
Ability to onboard quickly and make an immediate impact with minimal ramp-up time.
