Dynatrace Consultant - Investment Banking, Business Processes

Senior Dynatrace Consultant sought by leading financial services organisation based in west London.

Looking for a Dynatrace Expert with Business Chain Knowledge.

We are seeking a Dynatrace expert who not only has deep technical expertise in the platform but also understands end-to-end business processes, particularly in the financial domain (e.g., equity pricing and related workflows).Key Responsibilities:* Analyze and optimize the use of Dynatrace within the client's existing architecture.* Map and monitor business chains, with a focus on equity pricing processes and related transactions.* Help bridge the gap between technical performance data and business impact.* Identify and implement improvements to enhance visibility, reduce latency, and ensure performance SLAs.* Work closely with both IT and business teams to provide actionable insights.Profile:* Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.* Deep understanding of business flows in financial services, ideally in capital markets.* Ability to translate performance metrics into business-relevant KPIs.* Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders
