This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the testing strategy, working closely with collaborative teams. You'll have the freedom to build a testing framework from scratch, with the backing to grow your own team and make a real impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the charge in designing and implementing a scalable, modern testing framework.
• Own and evolve the testing strategy - manual, automated, UAT, and security testing.
• Mentor others and lay the foundation for a future testing team

What You'll Bring

• A proven track record in both manual and automation testing.
• Experience with tools like Cypress, Selenium, and ideally Playwright (Microsoft's framework).
• Familiarity with Microsoft tech stack: Blazor & Angular, C#, SQL
• A solid grasp of UAT, security testing, and enterprise-level systems.
• Bonus points if you've worked in finance systems!
