Job Spec:
This is a strategic, non-technical role – focused on influence, leadership, and commercial outcomes rather than execution.
Own and drive the global joint business plan for a single key client, ensuring:
- Strong product adoption (Search & YouTube)
- Delivery against sales and growth targets
- Effective cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
Travel required 1–2 trips per quarter (mainly Europe/Spain, occasional US).
Essential Skills:
- 10+ years' experience in digital advertising
- Proven client-facing experience (agency or tech side)
- Ability to take full end-to-end ownership of a client relationship
- Demonstrated leadership and gravitas in senior stakeholder environments
- Prior exposure to Google Marketing Platform
- Experience with finance or retail clients
- Familiarity with political dynamics in large global organisations
- Experience influencing market sales teams without direct authority
