ION SME - Business Analyst / Projects

ION SME/Business Analyst - sought by leading investment bank based in London - Hybrid - Contract

*inside IR35 - umbrella* - 4 days on site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ION-related projects across the trade lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating trading needs into technical solutions.
• Drive platform upgrades, integration efforts, and workflow enhancements.
• Provide expert-level input on ION configuration, connectivity, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an ION SME within an investment banking or trading environment.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income or Rates products and associated workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ION platform configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project delivery experience in Agile or hybrid environments.
