IT Contracts Manager

Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of IT Contracts Manager, a six month contract hybrid to Reading (fortnightly visits).

The Role:

This is a £50m+ programme involving the management of multiple IT supplier contracts for a complex technology programme.
We require a contract manager to help strengthen commercial and contract governance.
The role will support in supplier management, including conducting formal service and contract reviews, monitoring performance, milestones and deliverables.

Other responsibilities:

Managing requests for payment, disputes, and escalations.
Chairing and facilitating monthly service review meetings with suppliers.
Act as a central point for capturing and managing feedback from internal stakeholders, such as Service Delivery Leads.
Review and assure supplier obligations and commitments in line with contractual terms.
Scope, outcomes, deliverables, and milestones.
Manage contract variations, changes, and formal change requests.

Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to balance cost, risk, and delivery.
Possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders.
