What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the administration and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Supporting CI/CD pipeline integration and automation
• Driving best practices in Salesforce configuration, security, and data integrity
• Mentoring junior admins and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce certifications
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Omnichannel and Gearset experience (bonus!)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
