Birmingham (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite)

We’re hiring a Microsoft 365 Copilot & Digital Workplace Engineer to lead the rollout of AI-powered workplace solutions and shape how a large organisation adopts and scales Microsoft Copilot.

This is a unique opportunity sitting at the intersection of AI, modern workplace engineering, and organisational transformation — with full ownership of the Copilot journey end-to-end.

The Role

You’ll act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Copilot, driving strategy, delivery and adoption across the business.

You will:

• Lead the design, rollout and scaling of Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Agents

• Ensure M365 environments (identity, permissions, access) are Copilot-ready

• Define onboarding frameworks and governance for safe, compliant AI usage

• Drive adoption through workshops, guidance and stakeholder engagement

• Embed responsible AI practices across technical and non-technical teams

• Enhance the broader Microsoft 365 digital workplace and collaboration practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience deploying or enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Strong understanding of M365 identity, permissions & information access

• Experience driving user adoption / change initiatives

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Graph & Search

• Confident stakeholder engagement across technical & business teams

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously
