Role Summary

• The Partner Operations Manager will oversee operational support for partner onboarding and product performance. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs, and identifying trends to optimize product performance, while collaborating closely with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day product operations and support
• Oversee partner onboarding operations (News product)
• Monitor and track KPIs, metrics, and resource utilization
• Identify and act on product trends and performance insights
• Drive product optimization initiatives
• Analyze monthly performance trends and reports
• Collaborate with technical teams (no deep technical expertise required)
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations and technical teams
