Role Summary
- The Partner Operations Manager will oversee operational support for partner onboarding and product performance. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs, and identifying trends to optimize product performance, while collaborating closely with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day product operations and support
- Oversee partner onboarding operations (News product)
- Monitor and track KPIs, metrics, and resource utilization
- Identify and act on product trends and performance insights
- Drive product optimization initiatives
- Analyze monthly performance trends and reports
- Collaborate with technical teams (no deep technical expertise required)
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations and technical teams
