Oracle HCM Delivery Manager
Our Utilities client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integrations Delivery Manager to join their major digital transformation, aligned to the Integration Workstream of an Oracle HCM programme. This is a pivotal role where you'll work closely with SI partners and third-party providers to coordinate integration build, testing, deployment and transition activities of an Oracle HCM implementation.

- Must have experience of managing Oracle HCM integrations - the delivery aspect
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations.
- Support reporting, risk reviews, and delivery assurance.
- Track integration progress against programme milestones.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Project Manager with Oracle HCM SaaS experience.
- Experience of managing the delivery activities of Oracle HCM Integrations.
- Experience of E-business suite.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labour modules.
- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher.
- Prince2 certification and experience with Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in MSP, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and O365.
