Producer

Experiences Producer (Contract) — Meta

Location: London (Hybrid — 3 days onsite, Kings Cross) Contract Length: 12 months R

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Experiences Producer to join a global technology brand's Experiential and Industry Marketing team. This is a high-profile position responsible for bringing consumer hardware and software to life through memorable product demonstrations, activations, and brand experiences — including major flagship moments on the scale of Meta Connect and Cannes Lions.

You'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Communications, Policy, and Legal, managing multiple concurrent events (typically 5-6 at once) ranging widely in scope and budget, while helping the business showcase its products and mission to a global audience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end production and delivery of experiential activations and product demonstrations
  • Provide creative production and logistics expertise — from demo design and staffing to on-site execution
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, Policy, Comms and Legal teams
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Own production budgets and ensure delivery within scope
  • Step in personally to deliver live, "white glove" product demonstrations to VIP and executive audiences
  • Build measurement and reporting plans, partnering with data teams to track event success and shape post-event narratives
  • Support the development of scalable processes and playbooks for the team

What You'll Need

  • 8-10 years of client-facing experience in event production, experiential marketing, or within a creative/production agency
  • Proven ability to make fast decisions and de-escalate under pressure — this role requires someone who can bring order to chaos, not just operate within it
  • Confident, engaging public speaking and live product demonstration experience, ideally in front of senior or VIP audiences
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and high emotional intelligence — comfortable managing many stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Experience managing production budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfort with a non-routine schedule, including occasional early/late calls to accommodate global time zones

Nice to have:

  • Experience with XR products or technical troubleshooting of devices
  • Experience in large, matrixed, global tech organizations

Who Thrives Here

This role is best suited to producers who bring a strategic, product-minded lens to events — not just logistical event management. You should be energized by ambiguity, comfortable adapting quickly when plans change, and confident representing the brand in high-visibility moments.

This is a 12-month contract position with no guaranteed conversion to permanent employment.
