Smart Building Project Manager – Leading PropTech Scale-Up (Hybrid, London)
£60,000–£75,000 | Full-Time | 3 Days in Central London (Aldgate)
A rapidly scaling, award-winning PropTech company is searching for a Smart Building Project Manager ideally with smart building experience or highly relevant adjacent integration experience (IoT, access control, BMS, digital apps, high-tech systems, car parks).
They're building next-generation smart building operating systems for enterprise clients across landmark London sites, Europe, and soon the US and Middle East. You'll be joining a high-performing delivery team at a pivotal moment of growth, supporting complex digital app and integration projects across a global client base.
The Role
You'll manage multiple concurrent projects (intensity varies), focusing on digital app delivery, coordination, integration, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital app delivery projects, from scoping through to implementation.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including enterprise clients.
- Daily contact with clients, contractors, and developers
- Oversee integration with multiple access control and IoT providers.
What You Must Bring
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Proven digital/app delivery experience.
- Experience with building management systems, access control, IoT devices, or similar.
- Ability to confidently discuss systems integration (BMS, IoT sensors, air quality, access).
Desirable
- Smart Building or Property Technology background.
- Agile/Scrum/PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
