A global Payments organisation are currently seeking a Regulatory Change Manager to join them on a contract basis in London. The role is initially until the end of 2026, but would have a view to extend beyond this. The role requires in-depth Regulatory Change experience, ideally within payments.

£600 - £700pd via Umbrella Company or PAYE

Essential Requirements:

• Experience delivery Regulatory Change within Financial Services organisation Experience creating frameworks for regulatory change to be delivered
• Knowledge and experience of control implementation
• Knowledge and experience of working within Payments would be highly beneficial
• Comfortable working across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology and 1LoD teams.
• Able to balance regulatory defensibility with pragmatic delivery.
• Practical delivery management, including planning, issue resolution and dependency tracking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
