Reporting Lead with HCM and EBS

Job Title: Reporting Lead

Location: Reading/Havant/Thatcham

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 to 3 Days in the Office)

Duration: 6+ Months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the reporting workstream.
• To deliver the Day One Reporting Catalogue and any other Reporting needs identified and managed into scope through Change Requests in line with the Reporting Strategy and the HCM Project Plan.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify and ensure the necessary feeds and support are provided into report delivery
• Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection workstreams as required to ensure the security of data throughout all phases of the project.

Top Skills:

• Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
• Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
• Strong understanding of reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and previous experiences of legacy tools such as OBIEE
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
• Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data
