With continued growth and a strong pipeline of new engagements, they are looking for architects who enjoy solving complex business challenges, leading high-performing teams, and delivering impactful Salesforce solutions at scale.This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-level programmes, collaborate with highly skilled consultants, and play a key role in shaping solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.The OpportunityAs a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will take ownership of solution design across large-scale Salesforce programmes, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.You'll work closely with clients, stakeholders and delivery teams, helping organisations maximise the value of their Salesforce investment while leveraging emerging technologies and AI-enabled approaches where appropriate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery teams across large, complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementationsTake ownership of end-to-end solution architecture throughout the project lifecycleDefine high-level solution designs and provide architectural direction to delivery teamsEnsure solutions are delivered in line with best practices and quality standardsSupport and mentor consultants and more junior team members across project deliveriesContribute to internal knowledge-sharing, capability development and innovation initiativesParticipate in professional development activities, demonstrations and best-practice discussionsUtilise AI-enabled tools and approaches to enhance delivery and solution design while maintaining quality standardsWork on a variety of engagements, including large enterprise-scale programmesWhat We're Looking ForSalesforce Architecture ExpertiseYou will have a proven track record acting as the lead Solution Architect on complex Salesforce implementations and be comfortable operating across multiple clouds and workstreams.Experience should include:Acting as the primary Salesforce Solution Architect across multiple large-scale, multi-cloud implementationsStrong knowledge of:Sales CloudService CloudExperience CloudExposure to one or more of:Revenue CloudMarketing Cloud AdvancedCRM Analytics (CRMA)Industry Clouds such as Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud or Education CloudUnderstanding of Agentforce and the design of agentic experiencesExtensive experience across the Salesforce platform, including:Security and permissionsLightning App BuilderFlowExperience BuilderExperience delivering complex data migration activitiesKnowledge of third-party Salesforce applications such as document generation, e-signature, CTI and industry-focused solutionsCertified Application Architect certification, or working towards achieving itSolution Design & ArchitectureYou'll bring strong design and documentation skills, including:Process mapping and data modelling expertiseProduction of high-quality architectural documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)Creation and maintenance of:System landscapesEntity relationship diagrams (ERDs)Security architecture documentationOwnership of the overall solution architecture while supporting and reviewing the work of project team membersParticipation in integration design discussions and evaluation of Salesforce integration approachesDesigning solutions that effectively support both internal and external usersDiscovery & Requirements GatheringBuilding proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate innovative approaches and potential solutionsSupporting business problem analysis and solution definitionReviewing business process maps and identifying opportunities for optimisationStakeholder Engagement & DeliveryPlanning and facilitating requirements and discovery workshopsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders at all organisational levelsProviding architectural leadership throughout the full project lifecycleSupporting successful testing outcomes, including QA and UAT phasesCoaching team members and ensuring governance and quality controls are consistently followedDevOps & Release ManagementHands-on experience with metadata deploymentsExperience using Gearset and GitHub for release automation, deployment management and version controlWhy Apply This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consultancy where you will work on challenging Salesforce programmes, collaborate with experienced consultants, contribute to innovative solution development, and continue developing your architecture capability within a supportive and technically focused environment.If you're an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect looking to play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation projects, we'd welcome a conversation.TPBN1_UKTJ
