This is an opportunity to join a growing consultancy environment where technical excellence, innovation and continuous learning are highly valued.You'll work alongside experienced architects, consultants and delivery teams, leading the technical direction of multi-cloud Salesforce programmes while helping shape best practices, technical standards and future capabilities.The RoleAs a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will take ownership of the technical architecture across complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned to both business and technical objectives.You'll provide leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, working closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and client stakeholders to design and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical architecture for large-scale, complex Salesforce implementationsDefine and govern solution architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated technologiesProvide technical leadership to development teams throughout project deliveryEnsure solutions are designed in line with Salesforce best practice, scalability and security standardsReview technical designs and provide guidance on complex implementation challengesSupport deployment, release management and environment strategiesCollaborate with Solution Architects and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDrive technical quality and architectural governance throughout the project lifecycleContribute to internal technical communities, capability development and innovation initiativesSupport the adoption of AI-enabled tools and approaches to enhance delivery efficiency and solution qualityWhat We're Looking ForSalesforce Technical Architecture ExpertiseYou will have significant experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, with a strong understanding of platform capabilities, architecture patterns and technical governance.Experience should include:Acting as a lead Technical Architect on complex Salesforce programmesExtensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its architectural capabilitiesStrong experience across:Sales CloudService CloudExperience CloudExposure to one or more of:Revenue CloudMarketing Cloud AdvancedCRM Analytics (CRMA)Industry Clouds such as Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud or Education CloudExperience designing solutions involving Agentforce and emerging AI capabilitiesDeep understanding of Salesforce security, access controls and platform governanceStrong knowledge of declarative and programmatic development approachesSolution Architecture & DesignYou'll be responsible for producing and governing technical architecture outputs, including:End-to-end technical solution designsHigh-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentationSystem architecture and technical landscape documentationIntegration architecture and technical design decisionsData architecture and data migration strategiesSecurity architecture and permission modelsEntity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and supporting architecture artefactsYou'll also:Define architecture standards and technical design principlesReview and assure technical solutions produced by delivery teamsProvide technical coaching and guidance to developers and consultantsSupport architectural decision-making across complex delivery programmesIntegration & Platform DesignExperience with:Designing and documenting Salesforce integration approachesEvaluating integration patterns and technologiesWorking with both internal and external system users and requirementsDelivering solutions involving third-party Salesforce applications and productsIntegrating technologies such as document generation, e-signature, CTI and industry-specific platformsDelivery & Stakeholder ManagementYou'll demonstrate:Experience working effectively with stakeholders at all levelsStrong workshop facilitation and technical discovery skillsThe ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business languageExperience supporting QA, testing and successful UAT outcomesA collaborative approach to working across architecture, development and business teamsExperience mentoring and developing junior technical team membersDevOps & Release ManagementYou'll have practical experience with:Salesforce metadata deployment processesRelease management and environment strategiesVersion control and deployment automationGearset and GitHubCertificationsThe ideal candidate will hold, or be working towards:Salesforce Certified Application ArchitectAdditional Salesforce architecture certifications would be highly advantageousTPBN1_UKTJ
