We're looking for a Senior BMC Helix Engineer to take ownership of a large-scale BMC Helix environment. Candidates must have active SC clearance.

Inside of IR35, £445 a day
3 month contract
Hybrid to either Manchester or Birmingham (weekly visits)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and support of BMC Helix ITSM solutions.
Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
Oversee CMDB, Discovery, workflow management, and service catalogue capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions.
Essential Skills:
Active SC clearance
Strong experience with BMC Helix ITSM and/or Remedy.
Expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, and workflow automation.
Experience leading technical teams or enterprise platform delivery.
Integration experience using APIs and related technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. xehkeey
