Harvey Nash has partnered with an established financial services organisation that is investing in technology to deliver strategic objectives around growth and sustainability. With a growing remit and significant investment in automation, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile team at a pivotal stage of expansion.

We are looking for a Senior D365 and Power Platform Developer to lead the centralised Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps and automation service. This role will help shape and deliver process automation and low-code solutions across the organisation, ensuring maximum value is achieved from the Microsoft ecosystem while embedding best-practice standards.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders, acting as the go-to authority for Dynamics, Power Apps and automation. From strategy and solution design through to adoption and support, you’ll play a key part in delivering scalable outcomes that make a real difference.

Experience of Interest:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform suite (formal accreditation a bonus, not essential)
  • Ability to design and deliver practical low-code or automation solutions
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into workable technical solutions
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to shape and deliver solutions
  • Exposure to structured change delivery or regulated environments is advantageous
