Role: Senior IT Technician

Location: Leicestershire (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

I'm looking for an experienced IT Technician with strong network management skills to join our growing IT team. You'll work closely with my clients managed service provider (MSP) to deliver excellent support, maintain infrastructure, and keep systems running smoothly and securely.

What You'll Do

• Act as main contact for the MSP and coordinate support.
• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices and VoIP systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support IT projects.
• Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with MSPs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and networking.
• Familiarity with VoIP and telephony systems.
