Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Solihull)

Position : Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Salary : Up to £55,000 + Bonus (depending on experience)

Location : West Midlands

I’m working with a great company based in the West Midlands, and they’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help manage and improve their IT systems at an Enterprise-level.

You’ll be providing 3rd line support while focusing on virtualisation and cloud technologies, ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure across the business.

• Enterprise-level experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025), VMware, Active Directory, Office 365, and Citrix XenApp.
• A strong understanding of Networking (LAN, WAN, SDWAN), Cisco & Meraki, and Firewall technologies (Checkpoint, SonicWALL, Meraki MX) in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Azure services, including Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Solid security knowledge and experience providing 3rd line support across large-scale systems and services.
