This is an opportunity to work on complex backend systems, modern cloud-native architectures and high-impact digital services within collaborative, agile teams. What You'll Be Doing Developing scalable backend applications using Kotlin Building secure, cloud-based solutions within AWS environments Working closely with architects, product teams and fellow engineers Writing clean, maintainable and well-tested code Contributing to technical design and engineering best practices Supporting and mentoring less experienced developers What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience with Kotlin Backend/software engineering experience (not mobile development) Experience working with AWS Exposure to TypeScript is desirable Experience delivering projects within a consultancy and/or public sector environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for quality engineering and continuous improvement What's On Offer Salary of £57,500
