Senior Mobile Engineer - Flutter

Senior / Technical Lead - Flutter (Mainly hands-on with oversight of a team of 4)

London (Hybrid) - 2 x a week onsite intially for first couple of months then potential to be more remote

£90,000-£110,000 (Maybe scope for more)

We're partnering with a fast-growing company that's transforming how people interact with tech. Join a workplace-tech innovator building one of the world's most advanced smart-building platforms, powered by digital twins, real-time analytics, and seamless third-party integrations

They're now looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer with deep Flutter expertise to take ownership of their client-facing apps. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, you'll set the technical direction, mentor a small team, and work directly with senior leadership to deliver the roadmap.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the mobile roadmap & architecture (Flutter, Swift, Java)
• Lead from a technical perspective: design, code, review, and mentor
• Integrate with complex third-party SDKs (BLE, mobile access, indoor wayfinding)
• Drive engineering excellence in testing, performance, monitoring, and CI/CD
• Collaborate closely with back-end and product teams to deliver new features

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of Flutter app development in production environments
• Strong background in iOS/Android (Swift/Java)
• Experience with state management, testing frameworks, monitoring tools (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Ability to guide technical decisions and mentor engineers
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on user experience
