Harvey Nash's client is seeking experienced Product Managers to join a Health Platform programme, supporting the delivery and evolution of a live cloud-based platform.
The platform includes:
- An AWS application platform providing shared services, networking and foundational cloud infrastructure
- An Azure data platform supporting data aggregation, transformation, modelling and analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple prioritised technical/product backlogs aligned to user needs, value and effort
- Define and evolve product vision and roadmaps, acting on stakeholder challenge and feedback
- Lead prioritisation decisions and clearly articulate rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams using agile and iterative delivery methods
- Ensure delivery of outcomes and value aligned to strategic objectives
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way
Essential Experience
- Strong background in product management for technology platforms
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple teams/functions xehkeey
- Proven ability to work autonomously, supporting and guiding others as required
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments with high levels of ambiguity
- Experience delivering live services with progressive enhancement
This role requires individuals operating at SFIA Level 4, working with autonomy under general direction and contributing specialist expertise to agreed outcomes.
