£80,000-£100,000 (maybe scope for more)

We're looking for #1 engineering hire into an already established multi-million-pound turnover business.

You'll work directly with the founder to build React-focused solutions used by real customers, with genuine ownership from day one.

You'll also get the opportunity to work closely with one of the earliest contributors to OpenAI / ChatGPT, applying AI thinking to practical, revenue-driving products.

The role

• Lead and own the development function
• Build React-based customer-facing solutions
• Take ideas from concept → production → market
• Be the technical decision-maker from day one

This is a hands-on individual contributor role, with scope to build a team later.
