We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a NetSuite ERP rollout as we build a brand-new IT environment and establish a standalone UK technology function.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in greenfield environments and can translate complex business needs into robust, scalable solutions.

Key skills and Responsibilities,

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation
• Design the target IT landscape for a newly independent UK operation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
• Ensure strong integration patterns across systems and data flows
• Provide technical leadership and governance throughout delivery
• Support environment build, migration, and cutover planning
• Proven Solution Architect experience delivering NetSuite ERP programmes
• Exceptional communication skills — able to engage confidently at all levels
• Strong background in systems integration and enterprise architecture
• Experience working in greenfield or carve-out environments
• Java experience beneficial (nice to have, not essential)
