About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a leading organisation in the healthcare sector for a Dynamics 365 (D365) Discovery Project . This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation within a critical industry.

As the Solution Architect , you will lead the assessment of the current solutions landscape, including the existing D365 environment, and define a clear roadmap for the To-Be architecture . Your recommendations will help the organisation leverage and enhance the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed As-Is assessment of the current solutions landscape, including D365.
• Design and recommend the To-Be state architecture to optimise D365 usage.
• Provide both solution-level and enterprise-level perspectives to ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable architecture recommendations.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and integration patterns.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Azure , Power Platform , and related Microsoft technologies is a plus.
