Technical Programme Manager

We're looking for a sharp, delivery-focused Technical Programme Manager to lead a major digital transformation in a top-tier UK financial services firm.

This is a flagship initiative backed, focused on:

• Full service & customer journey redesign

• Moving customer authentication from on-prem to cloud

• Rolling out new features earlier to customers

You'll be the glue between tech, design, suppliers and internal teams - driving delivery, managing risks, aligning to TOM, and keeping everything on track for a big bang cutover.

• Own and drive low-level design and mobilisation

• Manage complex supplier relationships and internal delivery teams

• Navigate hybrid delivery (not strict Agile or Waterfall)

• Understand and deliver to a Target Operating Model (TOM)

• Lead across technical change, governance, risk, and delivery control

• Strong track record delivering complex IT programmes in FS

• Excellent grasp of cloud integration/migration, ideally with IBM Security Verify / ISAM

• Hands-on with deep tech and low-level design

• Deep understanding of TOM delivery and end-to-end service change

• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and managing suppliers

• Experience in regulated, risk-heavy environments
