• Lead & Ship: Own development across mobile apps, backend systems, and internal tools.
• Shape the Roadmap: Work closely with leadership to define technical strategy and architecture.
• Mentor & Multiply: Elevate engineering practices through reviews, pairing, and guidance.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering (startup or product-led preferred).
• Comfortable with rapid release cycles and high-impact decisions.
• Ideally able to work from a London office 3 days/week.
