Transition Manager (Oracle HCM)

Harvey Nash is recruiting for a Cutover / Implementation Manager with experience of Oracle HCM, for a 10-month contract.

• Two days a week onsite, offices-based west of London and southwest of England.
• Inside of IR35 with a daily rate of 624 - 648.

The role:

Lead the end-to-end cutover strategy and execution for a critical Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Role & Responsibility:

• Proven experience as a Cutover/Implementation Manager, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud with Oracle EBS coexistence.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
• Hands-on experience overseeing data migration, integrations (OIC) and environment management in Oracle projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies between Cloud and on-premises systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in high-pressure cutover environments
• Clear communicator with proven experience managing 3rd Party System Integrators and proactive risk management.
• Experience of planning, coordinating and managing cut over activities.
