UAT Test Lead

Job Title: UAT Test Lead

Location: Reading/Havant/Glasgow - G2 6AY /Perth - PH1 3AQ

Mode of working: Hybrid (1 to 2 Days in the Office)

Duration: 12+ Months contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create UAT test plans
• Liaise and work closely with senior business SMEs to define the test scenarios & processes
• Support the business testers in writing the test scripts
• Report on test progress and engage with project management teams on key issues/blockers
• Complete test exit reports

Key Skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience with testing HCM functional modules
• Supporting a new HCM project. Extensive experience with planning and support payroll comparison testing within Oracle HCM Fusion
• Two test phases coming, a UAT test phase and payroll comparison
• The functional modules - OTL (Oracle time & labour), payroll, absence - able to support the business in creating test scripts, writing test scripts.
• Extensive knowledge of HCM modules including Core-HR, Payroll, OTL, OFS, Absence, Talent, WFS
• Proven ability to support enterprise level business units with test prep (incl. business scenario analysis, creation & scripting) and execution
