What you'll be doing:

• Leading the design of cloud-based web applications with a focus on usability and accessibility
• Advocating for user needs and inclusive design principles
• Working closely with the Lead Front End Developer to bring ideas to life
• Helping shape design systems, research approaches, and product strategy
• Contributing to organisation-wide digital transformation initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Solid experience in UI/UX or digital product design
• Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and inspire others

The details:

Location: Hybrid role based out of Newcastle

Salary: Up to £55,000, depending on experience + Excellent benefit package
