Recruitment Associate
Hashlist helps high-performing engineering teams execute critical integrations and large-scale programs by delivering expertise across vehicles, safety-critical systems and autonomy. We do this through our self-serve platform, which helps clients assemble specialised engineering teams and deploy them globally - MCU/SoC integration, safety-critical systems, edge AI, validation. We are working with the world's largest automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
The past 4-5 months have been a turning point. Demand from our clients is surging, our platform is scaling fast, and we're only getting started. We need a Recruitment Associate to join our core team and help us source, screen, and support our customers in finding the talent they need.
What you'll actually do
- Source and screen engineers across embedded software, automotive, and adjacent domains - globally
- Work directly with clients to understand their technical needs and match them with the right talent, fast
- Manage candidate pipelines end-to-end - from first outreach to signed contracts
- Coordinate across time zones - our clients and engineers span Europe, the U.S., and Asia
- Improve our processes - if something's broken or slow, you fix it. No waiting for permission
- Pick up the phone - cold outreach, warm outreach, whatever it takes to find the right people
Who we're looking for
- A high-energy, self-starting operator with a strong work ethic
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, sometimes chaotic startup environments
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and juggling competing priorities
- Strong communicator - you write well, you speak well, you follow up relentlessly
- Not afraid to reach out to strangers and have real conversations
- Strong sense of ownership - you don't wait to be told what to do
- You put delivery and the customer first, always
What gives you an edge
- Startup experience - you know what "figure it out" means
- Background in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or operations
- Automotive or embedded software industry knowledge
- Additional languages: French, German, Italian, or Polish
- Willingness to relocate to Helsinki, Finland
