Job Title: Repairs Maintenance Surveyor

Location West London

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday rotational)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Repairs Maintenance Surveyors to carry out surveys and inspections to support the maintenance and repair of residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong surveying expertise, a solid understanding of NHF codes, and proficiency with digital surveying tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys to assess repair and maintenance needs
• Apply NHF codes accurately and consistently during surveying activities
• Use PDA devices and other digital tools for efficient data collection and reporting
• Prepare clear and concise survey reports for internal teams and contractors
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure accurate repair specifications
• Use IT systems to manage survey data and support operational workflows
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during site visits

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in surveying, especially in repairs and maintenance contexts
• In-depth knowledge of NHF codes
• Proficient in PDA usage and mobile data collection tools
• Strong IT skills, including experience with relevant software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
