Temporary Helpdesk Role for Airline - Hounslow

We are seeking a proactive and friendly Helpdesk professional to join a busy team for a British Airline on a temporary basis. This role is available ASAP and will run until 10th April 2026.

You will be part of a small, supportive team of three, providing first-line IT support and ensuring smooth operations across the helpdesk.

The position is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with no weekend work required, as an out-of-hours team covers these shifts.

The office is based in Hatton Cross, with parking available and easy access via public transport.

The successful candidate must have experience with Service Insight, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. The role is offered at an hourly rate equivalent to £37,000 per annum.
