Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our key clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to enterprise customers, driving long-term value, retention and expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of our AI-powered skin analysis solutions while identifying opportunities for upsell and strategic growth.
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success, retention, and revenue growth
- Build deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Haut.AI solutions with clients’ business objectives and KPIs
- Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell, to grow account value
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and performance metrics, and take action to mitigate risks
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development
- Drive regular business reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins with clients
What will help you thrive in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management in tech company is a must
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in renewals, upselling, and contract negotiations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with eCommerce or digital platforms is a plus
- Impeccable English; additional languages are an advantage
