E-Commerce Executive

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The Role

We’re looking for a driven and passionate E-Commerce Executive to help grow our online business. This role involves launching products, implementing strong SEO strategies, and identifying opportunities to maximise site conversions. It’s an exciting chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a self-motivated team player who has excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Ecommerce Executive Duties:

• List new products on-site, working closely with the product team to develop product listings and ensure SEO-optimised descriptions
• Implement SEO strategies across all website pages
• Conduct daily website audits to ensure content is high quality, on-brand, and SEO optimised, identifying ways to improve customer experience
• Manage category page merchandising and optimisation including attributes, tags, filters, sort rules, and product accuracy
• Conduct competitor analysis regularly
• Support commercial and seasonal trading initiatives with ideas and input
• Work closely with internal developers to improve the site and user experience
• Assist with promotional activity implementation
• Report weekly on web and product performance

What are we looking for?

• Degree educated or equivalent
• Proven experience in an e-commerce environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about fashion
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident in reporting and analysis
• Good understanding of online shopping and consumer trends
• Quick learner, with a willingness to develop skills
• Adobe Suite skills are beneficial
