Project Administrator
Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract (potential for extension)
Location: Leeds (onsite), LS10
Salary: £30,000 (pro-rated for contract)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week — Flexible working available between 6:00am and 6:00pm, with core hours of 9:00am–3:00pm
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support a busy project management team within a leading technology-focused organisation. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth delivery of ongoing projects by providing administrative, operational, and data-related support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider project team
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain project records and documentation
- Assist with preparing, updating, and printing project schedules and reports
- Coordinate project-related communications, meetings, and follow-up actions
- Support the tracking of project tasks, deadlines, and milestones
- Manage document control and ensure all files are kept up to date
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties to help ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience using NetSuite (essential)
- Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administration, or PMO-related role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to support multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
