Customer Care Executive – HVAC | Global FM Business | London

Join a global facilities management leader supporting major commercial clients across a high-performing technical environment.

We’re looking for a customer-focused professional with proven HVAC sector experience to become a key link between customers, engineers and operational teams.

You’ll manage service requests, coordinate engineers, resolve customer queries, track jobs and ensure excellent service levels from initial request through to resolution.

We’re looking for:

• HVAC / building services experience – essential

• Customer service, helpdesk or service coordination experience

• Experience working with engineers or technical teams

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working to SLAs and managing multiple priorities

• CAFM / CRM experience is a bonus
