A high-growth SaaS FinTech is looking to hire its first dedicated SDR Manager to lead and develop a team of eight SDRs in their London office near Cannon Street.

This is a brand-new leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the SDR function, implement structure, coaching, and process improvements, and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.

The business has been established for nine years and now employs over 110 staff across the UK and the US. Their platform is sold into the banking and insurance sectors, with a strong reputation in the market and an expanding international client base.

The role:

  • Managing and developing a team of eight SDRs
  • Driving outbound performance, activity, and pipeline generation
  • Building scalable SDR processes, KPIs, and best practices
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to maximise performance and progression
  • Working closely with sales leadership and marketing
  • Supporting hiring and future growth of the SDR function
  • Helping define the long-term SDR strategy for the business

What they are looking for:

  • Proven experience managing or leading SDR/BDR teams within SaaS or FinTech
  • Strong outbound sales development background
  • Experience selling into financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated industries is highly advantageous
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and team development
  • Commercially driven with strong organisational skills
