The Opportunity
Following a successful Workday implementation, we're looking for an experienced Workday Analyst to take ownership of the platform, ensuring it continues to evolve and deliver maximum value across the business.
You'll become the internal Workday subject matter expert, responsible for system configuration, optimisation, reporting, data integrity and continuous improvement. Working closely with HR, Finance, IT and other business stakeholders, you'll help streamline processes, enhance user experience and drive greater adoption of the platform globally.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise the Workday platform, ensuring system performance, stability and data integrity.
• Configure and enhance business processes, workflows, security and reporting.
• Provide day-to-day Workday support, troubleshooting issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Partner with HR, Finance and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
• Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Maintain documentation, governance standards and best practice processes.
• Support Workday releases, testing and the rollout of new functionality.
• Drive automation, continuous improvement and user adoption across the global business.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday, ideally across HCM and/or Financials.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes, reporting and data structures.
• Experience maintaining data quality and governance within Workday.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Finance and IT.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
