Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and creative Junior Digital Marketer to join our growing team on-site in London. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital marketing who is eager to expand their skills across SEO, paid ads, social media, and content creation. You'll work closely with our team to deliver campaigns that generate real results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic.
- Support the setup and management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a focus on conversions and ROI.
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Write and edit blogs, website copy, and email content to support branding and lead generation.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and GA4, preparing reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with senior marketers to test and implement new digital tools and strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on experience or internship/project work in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for digital content.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an on-site environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-driven tools.
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certification.

Hours: 37.5 - 40 hours per week
