Customer Journey Manager (Business Analyst)- Trade Finance - London OR Edinburgh - Hybrid working - 1 year contract inside IR35 - Good Market Rate

Hawksworth are hiring for a Customer Journey Manager (Business Analyst) on a Contract basis, Inside IR35, paying good market rates, on a 1 year contract.

Location, Either London or Edinburgh.

Hybrid working, x2 days onsite, x3 days remote.

The job:

We are looking for a Customer Journey Manager (Business Analyst) who has expertise in the financial sector, ideally banking, strong Customer Journey experience (mapping/ service design/ client journeys) along with experience within Trade Finance.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong domain experience in Trade Finance
• Solid understanding of end-to-end trade workflows and client journeys
• Proven experience in customer journey mapping / service design
• Ability to translate client needs into product and technical solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with cloud, data, and modern architecture patterns
• Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery models
• Understanding of governance frameworks and design review processes
• Ability to manage complex, multi-system dependencies

Desirable

• Experience with Trade platforms (e.g., Surecomp, Finastra, FIS, Credble, etc.)
• Worked in similar Customer Journey Mapping / Transformation roles.
• Knowledge of Trade digitisation initiatives (if applicable)
