IT Service Manager - Agile

Hybrid: 2 days in the office per week

*Please note that you don't need insurance industry experience for this role. Our client are looking for someone who can bring new ideas to the team!

We need a Senior Service Manager with proven experience in leading service management across major incidents, change, problem, and supplier management, and who has the ability to influence across senior business and IT stakeholders. You will act as a trusted senior partner to Business Leaders and Business Partners, translating business strategy into long term IT service outcomes.

Experience needed:

  • 5+ years in IT Service Management
  • Extensive Agile experience
  • ITSM / ITIL experience
  • Incident Management / Problem & Change Management
  • Extensive stakeholder management
  • Experience facilitating workshops

The position is hybrid. It's 2 days per week in one of the offices in the South East, depending on projects / changes / incidents, etc., and you'll have your specific local office, which will be either Guildford, London or Birmingham.
