Senior Network Security Specialist - 80k GBP - Global Insurer

Position: Network Security Specialist

Salary: 80k GBP base

Industry: Global Insurer

Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in the office

Location: Guildford, Surrey

If you're a seasoned IT Infrastructure Engineer with extensive Network Security experience, this role is for you.

Our client are one of the largest financial services companies in the world, so having previous enterprise-wide experience for a financial is essential. Their UK head office is in Surrey and you'll most likely be needed 1 day per week in the office, but on occasion, it could be 2.

This is a very broad role, so there's no chance you'll be getting bored anytime soon. They need you to have experience across Infrastructure, from networking (TCP/IP, SMTP), security, risk, governance, automation, identity & access management...not to mention financial services experience, and ideally insurance.

Another thing that would be desirable is that you are certified in either CSA; CISSP or CRISC, and have a good working knowledge of NIST and COBIT frameworks.
