Solution Architect - Digital/ Customer Channels/ Customer Journey / Salesforce

Hawksworth are now recruiting for a Solution Architect for a Global Financial Services client (Wealth/ Pensions/ Insurance). The Solution architect will work in a Digital team and look after Customer Channels. This will be looking at the Customer Journey, working with Product Teams, vert customer centric. Some experience designing solutions with Salesforce (Ideally Financial Services Cloud) is essential for this role.

The job:

  • Permanent.
  • Location: London or Bristol
  • Hybrid working (expectation is minimum once a month in the office)
  • Salary: £90k - £110k + up to 18% bonus + £5k car+ excellent pension plan and other benefits.
  • The client is a global Financial Services company, so a Financial Services background is highly desirable.
  • Must be a Solution Architect focused on Customer channels, digital, working with Product teams, Customer Journey experience, expert in designing solutions using Salesforce Cloud.

We need the following skills and experience:

  • Tenure as a Solution Architect and in medium to large organisations
  • Background in Agile , product-centric technology development and digital focused solution architecture with experience of customer centric functions.
  • End-to-end solution architecture for customer products covering design, modelling, coding frameworks, integrations and operational ownership.
  • Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud).
  • Expertise in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems.
  • Customer Journey experience
