The Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Partner to join the London-based talent team, with a focus on Product, Data, and broader Tech hiring.

Reporting into the Tech Talent Lead, you will work as part of a close-knit Talent Acquisition team, whilst partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the tech organisation. If you’re a recruiter with a strong ownership mindset, experience hiring across multiple technical domains, and a passion for modern, AI-enabled recruiting practices, then we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process across Product, Data, and Engineering roles
  • Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and product leadership to align hiring with business priorities
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple channels
  • Building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conducting structured screening and delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Driving efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Embedding and evolving best-in-class hiring practices, including data-driven decision making
  • Leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Championing inclusive hiring practices and contributing to a diverse talent pipeline
  • Using data from our ATS (Ashby) to inform decisions and continuously improve processes.

About You:

  • Proven experience hiring for Product and Engineering roles, ideally across multiple technical domains
  • Experience operating in startup or scale-up environments, with exposure to fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end hiring pipelines and delivery outcomes
  • A ‘hunter’ mentality, with proven ability to build pipelines in competitive markets through proactive sourcing
  • Experience using modern, data-driven and AI-enabled recruiting practices (e.g. sourcing tools, automation, workflow optimisation)
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy and accountability
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
