As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how this organisation attracts and hires exceptional talent across Research Science, Research Engineering, and Software Engineering. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and the wider Talent Acquisition team, helping to build diverse, world-class teams that will drive the next wave of scientific and technological breakthroughs.

What you can expect to be getting up to:
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll provide strategic support to hiring managers by owning recruitment logistics, leveraging data-driven insights, refining recruitment strategies, and elevating the employer brand. In doing so, you’ll help shape the future of the business to ensure exceptional talent is being hired for the next phase of growth.
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
- Talent Sourcing : Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage with the best technical talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and creating an engaging interview process.
- Talent Operations and AI Enablement : Work closely with the wider TA team to streamline recruitment processes, implement best-in-class tools, and leverage AI-driven insights to enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across hiring practices.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyse key recruiting metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure alignment with company goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience.
- Experience hiring Research Scientists, Research Engineers and Software Engineers.
- Proven track record hiring exceptional technical talent for organisations with a high hiring bar.
- Strong technical understanding to engage meaningfully with both hiring managers and candidates.
- A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- Proven abilities to attract passive senior candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
- An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more ef ficient.
